How can I place an order?
Given that every order is personalized we thought that the best way to place an order for the customer would be direct contact. Please reach to us using the contact form (either under home or contact tab). Specify in the form what mangas and what volumes of said mangas do you wish to buy as well as your country of residence. Once we receive this information we will get back to you in less than 24 hours with a final price, and ready for shipping pending your approval.
What are the shipping options?
We currently deliver to Europe, United States, Canada, Australia as well as most of the world.
We have three types of delivery options:
air mail: (3-6 days approx.)
economy air mail: (6-13 days approx. Not available for all countries)
surface mail (1-3 months approx.)
Delivery rates vary with the package size: the more mangas you buy the cheaper it gets( see the approximate rates below). For this reason we recommend that you make a a big order instead of several smaller ones.
Rough rates
air mail: 5 mangas → 670 yen/manga. 20 mangas--> 400 yen/manga. 150 manga → 250 yen/manga.
economy air mail: 5 mangas → 540 yen/manga. 20 mangas--> 310 yen/manga. 150 manga → 180 yen/manga.
surface mail: 5 mangas → 360 yen/manga. 20 mangas--> 175 yen/manga. 150 manga → 91 yen/manga.

What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that the products we offer are second-hand products, there are no returns. However, in case you have received a product in poor condition by responsibility of MANGAINNIHONGO, you must notify us within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of your order by sending an email to mangainnihongo@gmail.com and attaching images with good brightness of the deterioration or defect of the product.
After this period no claim will be accepted.
Once the incident has been reported, we will proceed to collect the product and refund the order in the same payment method, once the items have been received.
